kwa kweli wasichana weengi wamejisahau nadhani kwani mazoezi ndo kila kitu unaweza ukawa huna mvuto sio coz sura....japo sura nayo muhimu ila mwili wako ukitaka usikate aina za mavazi ni vyema kupiga zoezi angalau mara 2 au 3 per week....sio msichana kavaa kapendeeza ila boonge la tumbooo haihusu hata kidogo.
